What the Glove Program Includes
ETS manages the full cycle of rubber insulating PPE compliance — inventory tracking, scheduled pickup or rotation, NAIL-accredited dielectric testing, certification, and return with full records.
ASTM Retest Intervals
- Rubber insulating gloves (ASTM D120/F496): Every 6 months
- Rubber sleeves (ASTM D1051/F496): Every 12 months
- Rubber blankets (ASTM D1048/F479): Every 12 months
- Hot sticks / live-line tools (ASTM F711/F1825): Every 2 years
- Temporary grounds (ASTM F855): Every 3 years
Glove Voltage Classes
- Class 00 (Beige): Up to 500 V
- Class 0 (Red): Up to 1,000 V
- Class 1 (White): Up to 7,500 V
- Class 2 (Yellow): Up to 17,000 V
- Class 3 (Green): Up to 26,500 V
- Class 4 (Orange): Up to 36,000 V
